Professional Wetland Scientist and Project Manager, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.

Mr. Filicky is a Professional Wetland Scientist and Project Manager in the Ecological group at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. As an approved botanical surveyor with the USFWS and PADCNR he specializes in conducting botanical surveys and habitat assessments on a variety of development projects. He also has experience in conducting native and invasive plant species monitoring. Aside from work, he enjoys visiting national parks and nature photography.
